Opening Cuts.

Here are a couple of images created from cut paper. They began with traditional snowflake designs, but the central section was left blank for a center piece.
These experiments began on an afternoon, spent sitting on the floor with my two sons,
as an activity to keep us busy on a cold day. I was reminded of how much I enjoyed making
paper creations and decided on re-exploring the mediums I began with in elementary school.
Taking the finished pieces, I put them through digital manipulations and explore the posibilities.
Top: is a depiction of a SEA KING. Bottom: is a play on the BAT SYMBOL.

Thank you for having a look at my work.
Please come by again and make comments
